1. Controller and scope
This privacy policy explains how we process and protect your personal data when you visit our website omnilex.ai or contact us through it (the “website”). The controller is Omnilex AG, Hohlstrasse 186, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland (“Omnilex”, “we”). The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies; where relevant, we additionally observe the GDPR.
Use of the Omnilex application (app.omnilex.ai) is additionally governed by the data protection terms of your licence, in particular the data processing agreement, documented in the Trust Center.
2. Data we process
- Contact data when you use the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.
- Booking data when you schedule a demo through the website: name, email address, organisation and the details you provide in the booking form.
- Usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and interactions with the website.
- Preferences: your language and region choice (cookie “locale”).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling enquiries and bookings: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in answering your request.
- Newsletter and marketing: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Analytics and improvement: legitimate interest in a stable, secure and usable website.
- Legal obligations: where processing is required by law.
4. Service providers (processors)
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting and delivery of the website. Privacy policy

5. International transfers
Your data is processed primarily in Switzerland and the EU/EEA. Individual providers (notably Vercel) also process data in the USA. In those cases we rely on adequacy decisions (notably the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses and further contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention duties, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The Omnilex organisation is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022; employees and providers are bound to confidentiality.

The website uses one functional cookie (“locale”) to store your language and region choice, and PostHog analytics cookies. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the website remains usable without analytics cookies.

Our website contains links to external websites. We accept no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
11. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The version published on our website applies.
