Terms & Conditions for Using Omnilex
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution "Omnilex", provided by Lawcalize AG, c/o Stampfenbachstrasse 151, 8006 Zürich, Switzerland ("Omnilex" or "Provider"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their current version.
2. Scope of Services
Omnilex is a cloud-based software designed to assist legal professionals in processing legal matters using AI-generated suggestions. The service is accessed via a web-based interface and requires no local installation.
3. Registration and Access
Use of Omnilex requires a personal login. Login credentials must be kept confidential and may not be shared with third parties.
4. Usage Rights
The Provider grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and time-limited right to use the software for legitimate business purposes. Use of the software for automated testing or in an abusive manner is strictly prohibited.
5. Availability and Maintenance
Omnilex is generally available 24/7. Scheduled maintenance is carried out outside regular business hours (weekdays 07:00–18:00 CET) whenever possible. Availability of at least 90% during business hours is targeted but not guaranteed.
6. Liability and Warranty
Use of the software is at your own risk. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or legal validity of generated content. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and adapting all content before use. The Provider's liability is limited to gross negligence and willful misconduct.
7. Data Protection
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Data is deleted after contract termination unless legal retention obligations apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, content, language model, and generated data remain with the Provider. Redistribution, reproduction, or reverse engineering of the software is prohibited.
9. Term and Termination
Use of the service is subject to a separate license agreement. The contract may be terminated according to the terms defined therein.
